Description

A one-storey house, without basement, with built in 2-stands garage, intended for 5-6-person family. On the ground floor, besides developed daily zone with living room, dining room and open kitchen-was planned the study and the bedroom with directly entrance to the garden. Behind a garage was situated a recreational part. The others rooms from night zone - 2 bedrooms with wardrobes and bathroom - are in higher floor. A house designed as energy efficient, with mechanical ventilation with heat recovery system, heat pump, photovoltaics and solars installed on a highest floor roof.
