Description

A house with functional attic, without basement, with garage, intended for 4-5-person family. The lump of the building is very well matching with a mountain or forest view. A big space consisting of the kitchen of the dining room of a living room and the separated orangery constitutes the daily zone from them with delicate openwork wall. A part roofed over of the terrace which in the summer can constitute lengthening a living room was attached to the zone. In part night bedrooms of parents were designed with the wardrobe and the bathroom. Two children's bedrooms were put upstairs.

Technology and construction

A house designed in traditional bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor. A roof of wooden structure tiled with cement or ceramic. Internal wooden stairs. Woodwork windows.
