Description

Presented "Delfina" is situated on a slope and investors decided to a basement and to put terrace on sizeable height  above a garden. In basement - outside the boiler room and utility room - find a place a swimming pool with direct entrance to garden, sauna and gym. An arrangement of rooms also changed on the attic where they resigned from two balconies (one of bedrooms has the big wardrobe thanks to that). The corresponding temperature in the house is maintained by means of floor heating powered heat pump.
