A one-storey house with open parking for 2cars, without basement, intended for 4-5-person family.

Technology and construction

A house was designed in bricks technology and steel framework. Light steel structure of external walls is filled with glass panels in aluminum facade system. Additionally the part of elevation panels was designed of technological PV glass adapted for generating the electricity from the solar exposure (photovoltaic modules e.g. SCHÜCO). PV modules can be installed in the any place on the elevation provided that they aren't colliding with blinds, the door and windows. Solar collectors and air inrates, as well as launchers of the heating system and the air-conditioning of the house are on a roof.
