Description

The one-storey house with functional attic, without basement, intended for 4-5-person family. The house has simple shape and is cheap in realization, fitted for narrow plot, with front from the south. On the ground floor is daily room with open kitchen, study, bedroom with wardrobe and small bathroom. On the ground floor is daily room with open kitchen, bedroom with wardrobe and small bathroom. On the attic are 3 bedrooms (one with wardrobe) and bathroom. Exist also version with garage shelter.

Technology and construction

The house designed in bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor. Internal wooden stairs. The roof of wooden structure tiled with cement or ceramic.
