Description

The one-story house with functional attic, intended for 3person family. It is passive house about the very great thermal insularity of outside barriers, with installations enabling the maximum economy of the thermal energy: solar and with mechanical ventilation with the recycled material of the warmth. A daily zone is situated on the ground floor with the living room, the kitchen, the toilet and the technical room. On the attic a night zone was situated with two spacious bedrooms and the big bathroom.
