A bungalow, intended for 3-4-person family. The house plan about economical form but very interesting and original regard to functionality. On the ground floor besides a bathroom and utility room, is the open daily zone with spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. On the mezzanine is a study, which with a daily room consist almost one space. A night zone is on 2 floors, for every of each is a one big bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. A building was designed as a energy efficient, with mechanical ventilation with recuperation, heat pump, photovoltaics and solar collectors.
