DescriptionA bungalow, intended for 3-4-person family. The house plan about economical form but very interesting and original regard to functionality. On the ground floor besides a bathroom and utility room, is the open daily zone with spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. On the mezzanine is a study, which with a daily room consist almost one space. A night zone is on 2 floors, for every of each is a one big bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom. A building was designed as a energy efficient, with mechanical ventilation with recuperation, heat pump, photovoltaics and solar collectors.
Technology and constructionA house was designed in bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor and reverse flat roof.
FinishFacades was made with clinker siding and facades plates. Internal ferro concrete and wooden stairs. Aluminum window frames.
