The one-storey house with functional attic, without basement, with built in garage, intended for 4-5-person family. On the ground floor designed big daily room with dinette, connected with kitchen and study. On the attic designed 3 bedrooms, bathroom and dryer room. Exist also version partly with basement (under rooms 1,2,5 and 7).

Technology and construction

The house designed in bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor. Internal wooden stairs. The roof of wooden structure tiled with cement. Roof window on the attic.
