Description

A one-story house with functional attic, without basement, with 2cars garage, designed for 4-5-person family. The house is a developed version of Marysia house plan. On the daily zone on the ground floor is kitchen, dinette, living room with fireplace. The living room was enlarged by moving his part in the direction of the garden. The impression of enlarging the space was achieved also by opening it to the roof. Above the part of the living room was localised a mezzanine. The additional room on the ground floor can be also the study or the guest room. Stairway leading upstairs are separating the living room from the entrance hall. On an attic are two big bedrooms with dressing rooms and bathroom.
