Description
A one-storey house, without basement, intended for 4-person family. It has legible zoning: daily on the ground floor and night upstairs. He is characterized by a clean, straight form. Moving, wooden blinds on the ground floor provide with the comfort of using the view on surrounding the house.
Technology and construction
A building was designed in bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor. Internal wooden stairs. A flat roof covered with heat-weldable roofing paper.
Finish
The elevation was made of mineral plaster erased on smoothly and of coloured wood. Balustrades were made of matte, rustless steel. Wooden window frames.
