Description

A one-storey house with functional attic, without basement, intended for 4-5-person family. The main assumption was creation a house which will be similar to tenement. On the ground floor is a spacious daily room with dinette and kitchen. Apart from open for terrace living room, there was planned a room which can be study or guest room. On the attic is spacious corridor, 2 room, bedroom and bathroom.

Technology and construction

A house was designed in bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor. Internal wooden stairs. A roof of wooden structure tiled with cement or ceramic. Roof windows.
