Description

A small house without basement about simple structure intended for 3-4-person family. Functions on a ground floor were planned in the way to get one-space daily part (kitchen, dining room, daily room). To the building can be easily build on a garage connected with a house through utility room. On account of low dimensions it is possible to situate the house on relatively narrow department. After little alterations it is possible to situate the house with ridge at right angles to the front of the plot. Version with the garage - available in the Studio.

Technology and construction

A house designed in bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor. A roof of wooden structure tiled with cement or ceramic. Internal wooden stairs.
