DescriptionA two stories house, without basement, with garage, intended for 4-5-person family. The interior of the building about the straight, modern solid holds everything what they expect from the comfortable house. A ground floor is a daily zone with the spacious entrance hall and the living room with the fireplace, smoothly connected with the study and with the dining room and the kitchen. On the ground floor was also allocated an office with the garage. Upstairs was predicted a night zone with three bedrooms, the bathroom and the wardrobe.
Technology and constructionA house designed in bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor. Internal wooden stairs. A reverse flat roof covered with gravel.
FinishFacades made with mineral plaster, clinker siding and stony slabs (sandstone), laid on elements stressed a solid. Aluminum windows joinery.
