A one-storey house with functional attic, without basement, with built in garage, intended for 4-person family. On the ground floor is a daily room: living room with open kitchen and dinette and pantry, utility room available from bathroom and study. It is possible to enter the garage directly from the porch. On the attic a night zone was planned: three bedrooms and the bathroom with the laundry and little library.

Technology and construction

A building with multi-sided roof of wooden structure tiled with cement or ceramic. A house in bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor. Internal wooden stairs.
