Description

One-storey house with the functional attic, without basement, with the garage shelter, intended for 4-person family. The project is allocated for the plot with the front from the southern side. A ground floor is an opened daily zone: living room, dining room, big kitchen with the island connected with a utility room, from which also is leaving outside. They also thought about the wardrobe by the entry and the little bathroom and the pantry at the kitchen. An allocated zone of parents is located at an attic: bedroom with the own bathroom and the wardrobe. Here two rooms and the bathroom are also located for children. Additionally a big wardrobe was designed for all household members.

Technology and construction

A house designed in bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor. Internal wooden stairs. A roof of wooden structure covered ceramic or cement tiles.
