Description

One-storey house in a few variants, with the garage built in, without basement, with the functional attic, intended for 4 - 5 - of personal family. Lump of the house covered with gable roof is solid, classical and well-proportioned. The main entrance and leaving to the terrace from the side of the garden are underlined with the roof propped on two columns or dormer windows. Clear and functional division of the ground floor into is daily, night and technical zones with undoubted virtue enabling the luxurious flat without the need to finish the attic. The division of the attic is possible in four variants. In the version without dormer windows two bedrooms were designed with the bathroom. In the version with dormer windows apart from the bathroom it is possible to allocate three little dormitory towns or – enlarging the corridor – two bigger dormitory towns and the wardrobe. In case of transferring the night zone to the attic the bedroom being located on a ground floor can serve as the study.
