Description

One-storey house with the functional attic, without basement, with the garage shed, intended for 4 - 5-person family. The project is characterized by a modern lump, with applying traditional materials for finishing the elevation and big with fitting with glass. The spacious living room with the fireplace is connected with glazing dining room and the kitchen with pantry. A study which can be also a the guest room, and a little bathroom are located in the second part of the house. The attic is in the zone night, consisting of three bedrooms and bathroom. Above the attic a mezzanine is located lightning through the glass roof. At entering the building (beneath the arcade), is a place to park a car.
