A little bungalow with functional attic, with built in garage, without basement, intended for 3-4-person family. It's year-round house, can be also just holiday house. A building is based on simple projection, has uncomplicated structure therefore a cost of built is not very high.
Technology and construction
A house was designed in bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor. Internal wooden stairs. A roof of wooden structure tiled with cement.
Finish
Facades made by structural plaster and stained wood, a plinth and part of a wall covered stone or clinker siding. Wooden windows joinery.
