Description

A house with functional attic, without basement, with garage, intended for 4-6 person family. A functional arrangement of a house stress division on day and night zone and expanded utility zone. Daily zone it's a open kitchen and dining room connected with living room with fireplace in the center. A study on the ground floor is separate room with bathroom. On the attic are 4 rooms. Additionally designed a sauna and rest room, which after connection could be a laundry, wardrobe or a room.

Technology and construction

A house was designed in bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor or alternative in deal technology. A wooden roof construction covered with cement tiles. Inner wooden stairs.
