House of a traditional nodule, with functional attic, without basement for 5 person family. Ground floor is divided into part open for general use, utility part (a garage, a laundry-boiler) and a private area (bedroom with own bathroom). The daily zone includes the open space - living room and kitchen with dining area. In the attic are three bedrooms and a bathroom for children. A house can aggrandize through build-up a part where is a living room.

Technology and construction

House designed in bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor. Internal concrete stairs. The roof of a wooden structure tiled with ceramic or cement.
