Description

One-storey house with the functional attic and two mezzanines, for 4-person family. The daily zone on the ground floor is the living room, kitchen with the dining room, the open study and the toilet. To the night zone being on an attic make up: three bedrooms, the wardrobe, the bathroom and the family room. From the attic it is possible to get to two mezzanines which are solution a worth to recommended. It is possible to adapt their functionality to individual needs of inhabitants. Presenting the luxurious and high energy-efficient house was main establishing authors. By applying the newest achievements of the science and technology in the field of the construction the created project is straight and functional, and applied systems and installations are environmentally friendly. Designed as high energy-efficient house was equipped with the mechanical ventilation with recuperation, the heat pump, solar panels and photovoltaic cells and system of regaining rainwater.

Technology and construction

A house was designed in two-ply walls technology with system ceiling of Ytong. A roof about the timber structure from H-beams covered with metal sheet.
