Description
A bungalow with functional attic, without basement, intended for 4-5-person family. A house was divided for zones: daily - on the ground floor and night - on the attic. On the ground floor designed big living room with open dining room and kitchen, study and utility part. From living room can go outside for a terrace, and then to the garden. On the attic are 4 rooms and bathroom. A house is also available in version without garage and with 1- or 2-stand garage.
Technology and construction
A building designed in bricks technology with suspended beam and block floor. Internal wooden stairs. A gable roof of wooden structure tiled with ceramic.
